· With a minimum of one (2) experience in the construction industry
· Proficient project management skills
· Proficient on evaluating shop drawings
· Proficient knowledge on Safety Procedures
· Proficient in Accomplishment Report preparation
· Proficient ability to work with a team
· Proficient in establishing good relationships with consultants, project managers and other groups on site
· Proficient written and oral communication skills
· With strong human relation skills
· Competent problem-solving and analytical skill
