Job Description
Own, manage and drive assigned IT projects to their successful completion.
Ensure deliverables/milestones in project plans are achieved within cost, schedule, scope, quality and delivery
Follow Project Management Framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews
Prepares project status reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Track project milestones and deliverables
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Attend to project activities - on-site - as may be needed.
Undergo needed seminars &/or trainings as may be needed for the position.
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate (preferably with course related to IT &/or Engineering)
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on IT project management experience
Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT projects including data center moves, security, application, desktop refresh, database, network and/or server projects
Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain client relationships.
Knowledgeable in using MS Office and MS Project
Knowledge in implementing projects for IT, Data Networks, or Telephony is preferred
Good communication skills - oral and written.
Can perform presentations of projects
Is open to flexible working time (for BPO projects)
Can work with minimum supervision
Team player
Knowledge in customer relation a plus
Trainings and certifications on Project Management a plus
Project Management works - office, remote, and on-site - as may be required
Shall be flexible to the working time of the office and clients
