JOB DESCRIPTION
• Consolidate and review engineering drawings from EDD Design and conducts site inspection prior to project implementation
• Assist the APM/PM in preparing project budget, project schedule, project bidding and procurement
• Monitors the daily utilization of project budget and the implementation of scheduled activities based on approved project plan
• Consolidates all construction-related documents (e.g. owner instruction slip, change order forms, design change notice, permits and close out reports etc.) for processing and documentation
• Execute the action plan/s for site issues/concerns as instructed by APM/PM/RPM
REQUIREMENT
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Criminology and/or , Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent
At least 1-2 year(s) supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position
WORK LOCATION
Applicant must be willing to work in SM Center Pasig.
