Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with professional license (passed board exam) in Engineering.

Main Responsibilities:
Confirm and validate project estimates - Bill of Materials, Design Scope of Work, Site Condition, etc. by conducting kick-off meeting site survey/inspection.
Brief contact person(s) and/or person(s) in-charge at the project sit the scope of work, customer responsibilities and determine customer expectation that is not communicated.
Prepare a new project estimate if the original one is not sufficient (the project, or if it is overestimated.
Ensure the completion of projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, company records and information; Assures compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
