Job Descriptions
Conducts detailed survey and stakeout of the project area.
Detailed knowledge of Design.
Monitors various phases/activities of the project and ensures that the project/s runs according to schedule, plans and specifications.
Management of the site, everyday work planning.
Daily basis reporting and documentation.
Monitors and documents progress of every project and all activities regularly.
Ensures safety at the project site compliance of PPE, Safety and Housekeeping Standard.
Checks and ensures quality in all standards of work and materials. Inspections of the work together with QA/QC and Client's representative.
Monitors all resources materials/supplies, equipment and manpower assignment and utilization.
Implements and monitors project schedules and targets.
Coordinates with other team members, foremen, warehousemen and team leaders to maintain accurate and updated records of site/project activities and to ensure continuous site operations/activities.
Acts on incidents within the project in accordance to prescribed standards and policies of the company and stakeholders. Promptly reports all incidents to superior and documents accordingly.
Coordinates with client, LGU and stakeholders as necessary and as tasked.
Attends project meetings.
Handles project close-out activities such as testing, commissioning and rectifications works.
Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.
Performs other tasks as may be instructed or assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering with license
With at least 5 years work related experience in roads, bridges, water and waste water pipelaying, and earthworks
Candidates experienced in handling projects of DPWH, Maynilad, and Manila Water are highly prioritized
Applicants must be able to start ASAP

3. With understanding of building codes, laws and regulations that might affect the projects.
Experience:
DPWH Maynilad Manila Water client: 1 year (Required)
