Job Descriptions
The Project Engineer under the Service Delivery Team will be the subject matter expert in the operational, on-site delivery and innovation to third party customers
Full coordination for all third party related projects. The project engineer works in close liaison to other PT&T Department i.e. Carrier Relations, ITS, etc.
The incumbent that will manage escalations from the Carrier Relations Group and produce accurate and updated documentation of the network changes, this includes liaising with sales, clients, colleagues, installers and contractors to run the project
Perform onsite/fieldwork (e.g.: Supervises third party partners at PT&T nodes, etc.)
Responsible for management (i.e., creation of project timeline, coordination with stakeholders) and implementation of projects as required.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to installations, restorations and processes of Third Party Accounts
Act as a senior escalation point of issues from Level 1/NOC engineers to provide resolutions to any escalated fiber issues of Third Party Accounts
Job Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other related courses
Preferably Licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer
At least 2 years of practical experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Field
Preferably have Vendor Management Skills handling at least 4 different subcontractors
