Job Summary:
Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned
Perform project coordination and attend site contruction meetings.
Timely presentation of progress reports.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) Architecture or equivalent.
Exudes professional work ethics
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
Experience working in the field of residential construction is required.
With 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project
While the project is undergoing, he/she responsible for safety measures on site.
Ensure conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications
Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
Review technical specifications and recommended changes
Set an efficient and timely schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials
