Job Descriptions
Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction
Schedule and coordinates work activities among his subordinates
Coordinates the requisition, issuances, and delivery to the work site of required materials and equipment.
Supervises all works and operations being done within his control
Enforces all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations on his assigned area work
Promotes harmonious relationships among his subordinates
Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Assist in the preparation of working drawings that are required in the implementation of Projects.
Prepare plans and working drawings as required.
Assist in the preparation of documents, catalogues, and other pertinent references that are required in the performance of architectural design functions.
Carry out other responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior within the overall function.
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishment vis-a-vis budget
Prepares project status report for Project Manager
Carry out other responsibilities that may be instructed by the superior within overall functions
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Licensed Engineer
At least 1 yr experience as Project Engineer
At least 1 yr experience as Project Engineer construction industry specializing in Water/Waste water projects
Experience in AutoCAD/CAD Designing
Proficient with Microsoft Office
