Able to provide detailed Cost Estimate and Bill of Materials for residential and commercial fit-outs for implementation of project.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting quantity projections accordingly.
Able to design structural plans for Residential Projects.
Reviews, validates and keeps a record of all site-initiated Purchases.
Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CADD.
Can interpret Plans and Bid Documents.
Conduct regular job site inspections and do evaluation reports.
Shall be assigned with other related task from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communication skill, Good Leadership skills
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
With Driver's License
Willing to visit multiple sites.
With or without Professional License
Can work with minimal supervision.
Must be within North Caloocan or nearby Quezon City areas.
