Be able to do item 1 in line with best practices of construction methods.
To be able to instruct and load resources to achieve tasks. Manpower, materials.
Be able to comfortable assess productivity time allowances for each activity with precision and accuracy. (Not detrimental to schedule)
Above 1 to 4 to be written daily in activity report
Weekly to create one week look ahead schedule showing activities for the week, manpower loading, materials and equipment to be prepared and time element.
Command authority with respect among workers and be able to motivate encourage teamwork.
