Description
Layouts the project and ascertains that the proper grades are followed as well as the structure is accurately located.
2.Reviews the job schedule and cost breakdown at the beginning of the job.
3.Sets up the job office and equipment trailers and see that permits, labor notices, safety rules and regulations, and materials are posted in a conspicuous place.
4. Monitors and evaluates all technical operations activities and bidding materials.
5. Oversees safety regulations are followed by company personnel including and subcontractors.
6.Maintains high quality standard of work at all times.
7. Oversees that good housekeeping practices are observed and maintained by both company personnel and subcontractors.
8. Ascertains that work safety standards are implemented and monitored the implementation.
9.Monitors and evaluates the scheduling of materials, and equipment.
10. Keeps the progress schedule current, review schedule status and job costs.
11.Maintains inventory control over tools and equipment, ascertaining that all movable tools are kept securely
12. Coordinates maintenance of heavy equipment on the project and supervise effective utilization.
13 Attends all technical meetings for the purpose of discussing job progress and problem areas.
14. Prepares and submits necessary documents and reports required by the Management.
