What You Will Do
Develop and achieve personal equipment sales budget
Plan equipment sales strategies to encompass all available customer markets: Brewery, beverage, dairy and food processing.
Retain, penetrate, and grow existing customers by creating high customer satisfaction, through service excellence, good communication, building of strong relationships, value added programs and resolving customer concerns, issues or problems quickly, effectively and completely.
Manage equipment project sales to complete on time with good margin.
Integrate knowledge of overall programs including service, training, equipment, products and support to provide best solutions to existing and new customers.
Participate in seminar and training programs, blitzes and cross-divisional sales opportunities to maximize sales growth potential.
Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with regional engineering team and other professional personnel.
Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Contribute to equipment project sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommend options and courses of action, and implement directives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering;
3 to 5 years relevant work experience;
Sales experience an advantage
Knowledge of food processing production line, industry, markets and service solutions an advantage
Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
