The Renewable Energy Project Development Manager is responsible for managing the overall project development processes which would include identification, evaluation, modeling, project financing arrangement, development, design and tendering in accordance to best practices and standards, within budget and schedule, with utmost focus on economic and financial returns, social development, efficiency, safety and environmental practices. It includes interfacing and collaboration with business development, project execution, renewable BUs and internal upward
reporting.
Must be a lisenced Egineer
Must have at least 3 years of Renewable Energy Powerplant project (Solar or Hydro) experience in the development stage
Must have experience in feasibility studies investigations, detailed
engineering evaluation, budgets, schedule, contracts, procurement, stakeholder management, permits, licenses and environmental requirements of Greenfield Renewable Energy Projects. * Must have excellent leadership qualities
