Key Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities:The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for the implementation/delivery of the Project activities and output targets within agreed timeline, resources and area of operations with close supervision of the Project Manager. S/he partner with local partner, PRRM (Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement), and major stakeholders to deliver project targets, outputs, outcome and project goals."
Quality implementation, reporting and monitoring
 Ensure that DIP, team plans are executed, activities implemented and desired results are achieved Monitors PRRM staff activity implementation and ensures supports and resources from World Vision Facilitate capacity building activities for communities and partners Monitor budget utilization and ensure that this is align to the workplan.
 Facilitate monthly or as need arises team planning and reflection Prepare monthly achievement
Local Partnering Process
 Mapping and selection of local partners or existing networks in the project areas Faciliate signing of MOA with partner organization.
 Facilitates local partner discussions, planning and implementation Coordinates local partners' due diligence process and facilitates partners' partnership agreements.
 Monitor local partner performance and compliance based on agreement.
