Key Responsibilities:
Prepares team activity plans, distribution plan, capacity building plans for beneficiaries in accordance to overall workplan;
Ensure assessments plans are being done with quality
Coordinates with relevant local government units on the plan and ensure stakeholder buy-in or support for in or support for the project activity implementation
Quality implementation, reporting and monitoring
Ensure that Detailed Implementation Plan, project plans are executed, activities implemented and desired results are achieved Facilitate capacity building activities for communities and partners
Monitor budget utilization and ensure that this is align to the workplan.
Facilitates end of project evaluation
Gather photos and stories of change
Prepare monthly achievement
Mapping and selection of local partners or existing networks in the project areas
Faciliate signing of MOU with partner organization
Facilitates local partner discussions, planning and implementation
