Builds knowledge and understanding of business context and maintains relevant Project Management knowledge and expertise.
Process Permits Acquisitions to Buildings and LGUs
Reviews project plan for compliance with global standards for project management. Organizes team with right composition and representation from stakeholders needed to achieve project deliverable.
Monitors team members performance to established roles and commitments and provides feedback. Deliverables for Project Management Plan, Project Reports, and Achievement of project deliverables based on agreed SLAs
Directly performs end-to-end Project Management work on assigned projects resulting in RFS of a new service. Such projects may be initiated as follows :
A deployment of mostly complex EG service to a customer where the deployment involves more than one of the following (but not limited to) components in the overall solutions design
Government deployment projects
Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network (LAN or WAN) deployment
Application development or customization (may be stand alone)
Application deployment whether hosted at customer premises or in a Globe-owned Data Center
Disaster recovery
Mostly complex, customized services or Managed Services
Performs all project management activities and processes based on standards as contained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Globe standard project management standards and processes, and industry best practices
Handles multiple projects at one time that will generally be complex in nature, both internal and external.
