Assist with coordination of roll out and construction activities
Issue Purchase Requisition for Tower Co Project
Maintain and monitor project plans including schedules, budgets and expenditures
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Verify progress of project construction with contractors
Assist with contract preparation and assist in the negotiation of contact terms with suppliers and contractors etc.
Assist with accreditation and supervision of contractors
Inspect tower sites to ensure appropriate level of quality control in all phases
Provide admin and logistics support
Amenable to travel from various part of Luzon
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but graduates in related field is encourage to apply
Knowledge and experience in civil construction
Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedure
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
At least 3 years work experience in Project Management
Proficient in communication skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft office or any equivalent applications
Good negotiating and influencing skills
Able to travel frequently
Preferably with driver's license
