Overall coordination with DTI for permit processing and raffle draw coordination
Coordination with internal team and client with regards to the project
Development and implementation of e-raffle day to day management system
Management of daily, monthly, and grand draws (including managing DTI representation at draws)
Responsible in Management and Procurement of prizes
Coordination with winners
Documentation and reporting
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or any other related courses.
With atleast one (1) year experience in marketing communications and promotion or other related function
Preferably with knowledge in processing of permits and licenses needed for a promotional activities
Ability to work in a tight deadlines
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
