About the role:
There currently exists an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Project Co-ordinator within our growing team.
This position will suit an individual who has strong organisational qualities, has relevant IT or Telco industry experience and is very customer focused.
Having an optimistic outlook, strong communication skills and professional work ethic is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to General Managers of Service Delivery and Professional Services
Manage project resources and scheduling
Liaising with clients, internal staff, partners, and suppliers
Coordinating/scheduling engineers and contractors on a regular basis
Set expectations and provide project updates to customers
Prioritise multiple project lead times
Providing excellent customer service
Foster a solution focused culture
Continual improvement of Service Delivery processes
Requirements
Must have at least 5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working in an IT or telecommunications industry is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of networking and communication technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy through all hierarchical levels of an organization
Having strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude
Demonstrated experience in managing projects and liaising effectively with external suppliers and service providers
Excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines
