Job Summary: The Project Coordinator I (Tech_Support_Advisor) is Responsible for Providing a Variety of Project Support Task(s) to Aid in the Successful Completion of Projects. The incumbent, Under the Direction of the Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinators, will Assist with Scheduling of Resources, Training Requirements, as well as Communication with Field Technicians to Ensure that Project Objectives are Met w/in Agreed Standards and SLA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the Development + Maintenance Of Project Sched
• Schedule Resource Assignment(s) and Coordinate Specific
Logistics to Confirm or Validate Equipment Orders, Staging,
and Delivery -- Schedule Technician(s) for Specific 'Training
Requirements' in advance of Scheduled Deployment for the
Assigned Project(s) -- (Review and Align On Project Scope)
• Coordinate with Technicians on Deployment Processes and
Client-Specific Required Knowledge, Ensure Project Quality
• Serve as the First Point of Contact for Clients, Stakeholders
and Sub-Contractor Technical Resources - Actively Working
Or Completing Deployment Activities At the Specified Client
Location - - For General Support and Not Technical Support
• Monitoring and Recording Technician Activity, and Required
Deliverables in the 'Project Database' or Defined Repository
• Review and Approval of Technician Task Completion and/or
Deliverables against Contractual Obligations -- Serve as the
Primary Contact for the Project Manager and Senior Project
Coordinator(s) - Report Project Completion and Escalations
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology, Comp Science
Or Engineering, With Related Or Relevant Work Experience
• One(1) Year Minimum Technical Experience Or Background
(BPO And Related Working Environment or.. Job Functions)
• Project Management Experience Highly-Preferred - Actual &
Proven Experience in Managing Projects Or Related Task(s)
w/c Involves Monitoring Initiatives from Launch - Completion
• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills - With Strong
Customer Service Orientation - - Able to Articulate Thoughts
and Maintain Positive Working Relationships - - (via Existing
Communication Tools/Methods - - Email, Chat, Phone, Etc.)
• Intermediate Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Tools, w/ Added
Emphasis On Outlook, Word, Excel - Able to Work with Data
and Spreadsheets (Must be Detail-Oriented)
• Basic Knowledge Of IT Technologies - Hardware & Software
