RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies control points for each project and relays that information to parties concerned
Maintains integrity of time and cost baselines through management and tracking of individual project changes such as Variation Orders, Time Extensions and Time Suspensions
Prepares project status reports for packages and the whole project
Evaluates and communicates variances between planned and actual accomplishments on site to facilitate timely management decisions and actions
Performs integrated time and cost analysis to support monitoring of project status, performance and completion estimates (forecasting)
Analyzes project scope, schedule and costs in order to identify risks
Identifies for each risk an appropriate monitoring strategy and implements it through an action plan in which responsibility is assigned to a risk owner: this is done in support of the Project Manager
Verifies the Project Risk Registers and all relevant reporting in the Project Status Report
Issues the Risk and Opportunity Quarterly Report by collecting the PSR consolidated information from the Project Manager and Construction Managers (for system projects)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Must have minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in project control and project construction management
With knowledge in integrated time and cost analysis, together with cost control, earned value techniques and risk management is an advantage
Must have knowledge in MS Project or Primavera
Knowledgeable in PMBOK is an advantage
Profficient use of Mircosoft Excel
