Job Description:
Take ownership of crucial systems, reporting, and analysis, to help NICKL pass, track, and monitor customer success metrics
Provide administrative suport, track business activities across the company's verticals, deliver quality customer service, and collaborate effectively with upper management
Establish and maintain metrics, dashboards, reports, and scorecards for cacity, service levels, retention performacnce, and attainment
Develop, and present a compelling data-driven analysis of customer spend and adoption data
Ensure customer services channels are effective, timely, and solving client issues
Publication management (will track business activities)
Experience in a business work environment preferred.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with any of the tools: Hubspot, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
