The position will report to a Team Leader and will support all recruitment and administrative activities of the team. He/She will be exposed to the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing, interviews, pre-employment collection & filing, and onboarding.
Sourcing
Source and pre-screen candidates for all positions through paid and free job sites, social media, careers page, and other recruitment portals
Perform daily call-outs to schedule candidates for interview
Meet individual targets in terms of qualified leads, based on daily targets
Ensure that all recruitment trackers and databases are updated on a regular basis
Exam Administration
Administer exams to all candidates for all position levels
Upload all completed exams and endorse to respective Team Leads for checking
Interviews
Conduct initial interviews for various roles & levels
Make endorsement decisions based on results of interviews, discuss applicant profiles to team leaders
Pre-Employment Requirements
Discussion pre-employment requirements to all new hires
Monitor and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements prior to each new hire's Day 1
Filing & creation of e-201 folders for all new hires
Orientation & Onboarding
Conduct HR orientation and onboarding to new hires
Provide support to the team on technical & admin tasks during monthly HR orientation & onboarding sessions
Others
Provide support to HR company-wide activities
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or relevant field
Must have at least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment requirements administration & processing, and onboarding)
Must have background in sourcing diverse roles, experience recruiting for digital marketing-related roles preferred
Exposure to the advertising/digital marketing industry an advantage
Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, has sense of urgency
Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM on a 6 months project-based role
Can work remotely and has stable internet connection
