The Customer Service Support primary responsibility is to provide ON TIME response to customers chats and inquiries. He/ She is also responsible to provide effective customer service to all external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and operations.
Role specific:
• Provide support to customers inquiries via online chat .
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and service orders.
• Assist customers via chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Process return requests and follows up with other departments as needed to provide a timely and hassle-free return experience to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
• Document customer issues and inputs in the system for monitoring.
• Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
• Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing unforgettable service
• Answers questions regarding availability and pricing
• Provide recommendations on product purchases
• Assist customers with comprehensive technical support of their product
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What do we need?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
