Job Descriptions
The Project Associate (PA) - Quality and Reporting is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all assigned projects in relation to reporting and quality. Project Associate will work with several project teams and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of project-specific activities including Project Quality reporting and Reviews
Project support
Provide administrative support to assigned projects related to documentation and filling
Develop and maintain project pending lists and meeting agendas.
Schedule, connect, attend, and document regular and ad hoc project team meetings.
Coordinate with and assist other Project Associates to ensure adequate coverage during the absence of another Project Associate .
In collaboration with the assigned project managers, ensure open, ongoing communication flow between Datamatics Headquarters Project Team and Philippines Team
Technical Project management
Maintain responsibility for file management, dissemination of programmatic and team information, and contribute to internal processes, programs, tools and approaches.
Coordinate communications material management, printing, and assembly.
Edit and proof project reports, success stories, newsletters and other documents as requested.
Update Pulse and other repositories with key project documents and details
As requested/assigned, support Global Project Leads related to online learning/exchange forums, document development and research.
Assist in coordinating Quarterly Reviews for assigned projects including input to, finalization and filing of PowerPoint presentations and reports including graphic presentation of data.
Reporting and Quality
Coordinate with Global Project team in providing the required reports and data for each assigned project .
Work with Global Quality team in creating and submitting monthly KPI , SLA and RAG reports for each assigned project.
Act as a bridge between Philippines Project team and Global project team in relation to Reporting and Reviews
Provide Bi Monthly , Monthly and Quarterly Reports for each projects as required by the global quality team

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Project Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft literate: 1 year (Preferred)
