About this role: The Projects Administrator, spending the bulk of their time dispatching work orders and then monitoring progress to ensure all maintenance works are completed in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include: Work orders dispatched and managed correctly and in a timely manner. (monitored by KPI's to ensure our quality and quantity of work is maintained) Processing invoices on completion of works. Strong communication both verbal and written with all stakeholders regarding the work schedule (including Trades, Tenants and RML) Ongoing customer service and supporting project enquiries. A good understanding and adherence to standards and expectations relevant to their position. Fast pace and accuracy needed with the large portfolio of housing projects. The Project Administrator will spend the bulk of their time: Providing clear communication channels for all stakeholders to achieve effective solutions. Assigning and communicating the scope of works to appropriate sub-contractors. Utilise specialised systems to maintain status updates for our regional portfolio Verify details and updating work progress to aid in completion and invoicing of scoped works. Answering enquiries across multiple platforms. Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will: Be able to provide a high level of customer service across all platforms Thrive in a dynamic environment where various priorities need to be managed in a timely manner. (Organised, efficient, time management). Be able to multitask and maintain momentum with the day-to-day operations while accommodating ad hoc requests. Have strong communications(both written and oral), across an array of platforms, via systems, email, phone, spreadsheets, and reports. Thrive in following systems and processes. Be able to follow tried-and-true practices to meet the established deliverables. Task focused! This role will suit someone who likes actioning and achieving their 'to do' list. Strong attention to detail. Be able to identify discrepancies based on set guidelines Have a basic understanding and practicable skills in Microsoft suite with a focus on Excel Desired skills, experience and availability: Experience and knowledge of the many trades across the construction sector is preferable but not essential.
