JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the Plant Operations petty cash fund
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that corresponding goods receipt is updated in the system
Secure certificate of provisional and final acceptance from the end-user once the project is completed
Check variances between contractors' project completion against ECC progress report
Maintain project records and ensure that all ongoing projects have a corresponding purchase order
Cascade and implement strict compliance of all accounting-related policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a BS ACCOUNTANCY graduate
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Willing to be assigned in Bulacan (accommodation provided, with free meals daily)
