Job Summary:
The Project Accountant supervises and administer the project compliance with all accounting and financial requirements of the company.
Job Description:
Assist the Project Manager and operations team in the successful delivery of the project by providing necessary accounting and financial tools, analysis, cost projections for decision making purposes
Monitors and coordinates the progress of the project and communicate or provide feedback to the Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and CFO related to important KPI's of the project
Assist the Accounting Manager and CFO in safeguarding company assets/properties at the project sites, project offices, and remote locations
Monitor project funds, advances, and liquidation
Periodic cash count of cashier's revolving fund
Exercise dual custody of cash funds with the Project Cashier
Conduct site visits to observe the project's accounting operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
With at least 3 years experience in general or payable accounting processes
Preferably well-known in ERP
Knowledgeable in general and payable accounting and report preparation
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
