Job Description
Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, variances versus budgets, expense, financial reporting and monitoring the collection of billings:
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and variation orders
Review total expenses to date per project
Monitor total expenses to date per project
Report on projects that are already beyond the budget
Create management reports on profitability of projects
Coordinate with operations on projects that are not billed on time
Monitor billing and documentation of Variation Orders by Engineering Department
Evaluation of Subcon progress billings
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualification
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
