Responsible in all works related to preparation of stated accounting reports in accordance to company's accounting policies and guidelines.
· Monitors the movement of collections everyday and ensure that 8D action plans on all receivables are being carried out effectively and checks the itinerary reports of collectors and makes report to immediate superior about their work performance.
· Prepares follow up letters and demand letters on time to those overdue accounts.
· Visit clients whenever necessary for reconciliation of accounts.
· Delinquent Accounts (as needed)
· Attends court hearings of delinquent accounts and prepare necessary reports whenever necessary.
*Performs duties/works which maybe assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out.
