JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain project-related records, contracts and change orders
Prepare monthly profit and loss statement of the project
Review and approve supplier invoice related to a project
Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project
Review account totals related to project asset and expenses
Report on project profitability to management
Close out project accounts upon project completion
Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to projects
Monitors project funds, advances and liquidation
Bookkeeping for purchases and general journal
Monitors and coordinates the progress of the project and communicate or provide feedback to the Finance Head important KPI's of the project
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or any related field
Must have experience in financial project management
Budgeting, general math and accounting skills
