The Programmatic Support Representative will support the successful launch of our client's Programmatic campaigns by working closely with the sales, implementation and product teams. The position requires attention to detail, solid communication, and organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task. The successful candidate for this role will maintain a high level of professionalism and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to clients and colleagues.

What You'll Do
Act as a liaison between sales and new clients to coordinate, manage and trouble-shoot the technical integration and setup of programmatic campaigns
Provide a high-level service to new and existing clients and serve as the new client point of contact during the implementation process.
Monitors the completion of tasks internally with the appropriate departments and team members to ensure a successful transition is completed as scheduled
Update and modify existing campaign settings as requested by account managers and clients.
Review and adjust product metrics to optimize existing campaigns
Work with Product Manager on technical issues
Manage other technology solutions, including spiders/feeds, online advertising subscription setup and management
Be knowledgeable on job boards, recruitment advertising and performance metrics
Provide ongoing support by responding timely to emails and calls
What You Need to Qualify
Prior implementation and or technical customer service experience is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office products and comfortable learning new products.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented.
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, accountability, proactive nature and committed work ethic.
Ability to understand technical material and translate it to a non-technical audience.
