As a Program Specialist III in the Center of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for the:
Monitoring, participating, and documenting process improvement projects to drive better performance and profitability
Develops innovative solutions that improve US&C Outreach Innovation's performance and uses cost-benefit analysis in decision-making for the short and long-term
Develops, implements, and governs new processes for specific functions, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all functions
Ensures end to end implementation of solutions according to high-performance benchmarks and standards
Act as a BCP for the Program Specialist Senior Team Lead
Assist Program Specialists II from either PH or IND COE sites
What the Candidate Will Do
Program Specialist III at Uber drives multiple projects across their respective organizations. They move quickly, and balance their instincts as builders by proactively partnering with diverse stakeholders across the business. Uber's Program Specialist III sees the world through people, processes and technology to continue innovating in our operational practices. As a Program Specialist III, you are expected to:
Manage, support and monitor US&C Outreach Innovation projects, and stakeholder tasks across multiple teams dealing with subject matters such as quality and service improvements, creating and improving capabilities, data analytics, migrations, people initiatives, reporting improvements, process standardization.
Ensuring that the following parameters are followed:
Execute within scope, time, and budget
Capture the right scope during the discovery phase
Drive project sponsor towards benefit realization from the onset
Ensure that all project documentation is completed
Estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance to deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects
You will be responsible for communicating directly and collaborating with your team members and stakeholders. Presenting organized thoughts and producing concise, and error-free materials such as reports, summaries, data tables, charts, emails, etc. in a flow.
You are responsible for monitoring, participating in, and documenting process improvement projects to drive better performance and profitability. You will be asked to identify process gaps and propose feasible solutions that improve COE's performance and use cost-benefit analyses in decision-making for the short- and long-term.
Program Specialist III, you will work with different teams and stakeholders and properly manage your relationships with them.
You'll do this by doing the following:
Keeping them informed on the progress, changes, and other vital issues that may come up.
Work with senior leadership as a thought partner for APAC and Manila to ensure we are able to achieve desired goals and work towards timely execution
Source and use feedback gathered from the stakeholders whether internal or external and make sure necessary adjustments are made.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a regular employee of Uber for at least 1 year
Must have passing performance scorecard for the past 3 months
Must not be currently enrolled in any performance improvement plan
Must not have any active disciplinary action on record upon application
Must be willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
Must be willing to work onsite primarily in the Clark COE
Additional Requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Expertise in Google Suite applications
Experience in Operational KPI and SLA management
Background in data driven root cause analysis and SMART action planning
Background in Quality Evaluation / Audits
