As a Program Specialist II in the Center of Excellence (COE):
You will collect, track, analyze and maintain reports and data that aid US&C Outreach Innovation towards effective and data driven decision making
You will assist the Program Specialist III in performing entry to mid-level tasks within US&C Outreach Innovation
You will work independently as skill level allows and asks for help when needed so as to avoid delays.
What the Candidate Will Do
Understand process participants and how his/her decision makes an impact
Able to execute on the ideas proposed
Identify process gaps and propose feasible solution
Drive process improvement and alignment by proactively flagging gaps and actively participating in creating appropriate action plans
Upon the absence of leads, closely monitor the US&C Outreach Innovation's Project Board
Stay updated on all product updates and raise unresolved questions with the Stakeholders
Lead and implement project or improvement initiatives for focus COSes and the entire LOB
Understand the impact of each job task on customer satisfaction
Appropriately escalates challenges or ideas with proper context. / Prioritize customer and organizational needs above personal ones
Meet basic customer expectations while accomplishing work and meeting baseline quality and efficiency standards
Create short-term & long-term plans and timelines for executing assigned tasks
Communicate status (including changes and other important issues) to relevant audience in an efficient format
Anticipate challenges and escalates appropriately
Preempt resolution to questions by anticipating stakeholder needs to improve overall satisfaction
Resourceful by finding new ways of tackling problems (this is very in line with Uber values of being an "owner"
Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
Must be a regular employee of Uber for at least 1 year
Must have passing performance scorecard for the past 3 months
Must not be currently enrolled in any performance improvement plan
Must not have any active disciplinary action on record upon application
Must be willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
Must have solid expertise in Google Sheets and other G Suite applications
