Acquire BPO is currently looking for a Program Manager to support us, RingCentral:
A Program Manager in Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral will empower the Services and Solutions organization with the processes, metrics, tools and technologies to deliver world-class technical services and solutions. You will collaborate with the global support leadership team to deliver and contribute to strategic solutions designed to meet our ambitious productivity and Customer Satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working as part of a team, can successfully multitask, and thrives on being successful in high stress environments. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, excellent logical troubleshooting skills, strong program and project management skills, strong support analytics experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
This is a highly visible and challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the success of the Services and Solutions organization in addition to influencing the Customer Experience across RingCentral.
Responsibilities:
Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
Defining the program governance (controls).
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
Managing the program's budget.
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective action.
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
Establishes formal cadence, timelines of reporting and measurement to ensure metrics are available on a timely basis. Holds teams accountable.
Establishes and standardizes processes and tools for the measurement and reporting of key programs, establishment of program charters, and documentation of progress.
Assesses program performance on a regular basis with a focus on leveraging resources, technology & communication to ensure success. Makes recommendations on project prioritization, portfolio adjustments and overall portfolio alignment.
Maintains a repository of project opportunities, supporting material, project plans and updated project documents for all programs.
Drives the global reporting process including quarterly reports, annual operating plan and executive reviews.
Develops and standardizes processes to streamline communication and portfolio reporting across multiple levels within the organization.
Ensures continuous alignment of the overall program with the strategic business objectives. Makes recommendations for adjustments to enhance performance.
Facilitates change management.
Builds credibility and establishes a collaborative rapport with key stakeholders around the world.
Drives continuous process improvement and standards development.
Programs and projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
IT, Sales, Marketing, Services, Financial, HR, Legal SaaS Systems (Eg: Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday)
Metric/data driven: Focuses on driving measurable improvement in all processes, established KPI's and follows through.
Proven experience in managing multiple large programs/projects in an enterprise environment.
Excellent communication, problem solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
Amenable to work on a night shift.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of program management with enterprise solutions in SaaS environments
Minimum 5+ years of project management with enterprise solutions in SaaS environments
PgMP, PMP, CAPM, Prince2, ITIL, Six Sigma certifications a plus
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodology
Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations
Experience leading an internationally distributed team
