Professional, Workforce Analysis
The Professional, Workforce Analysis is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure operational reporting for the respective business units. The position holder will extract and maintain data and distribute regular reports, will track business unit trends and will ensure accuracy of data provided that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Role:
Business Analysis and Reporting (60%)
Data Maintenance (20%)
Training (10%)
Customer Engagement (10%)
The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications:
University degree in Business, Finance, IT is preferred
Minimum 1-year functional experience in WFM
IT literate and good understanding of data structures: MS Excel; Analytics
