PRODUCTION SYSTEM ENGINEER (CEBU PLANT)
 
JOB FUNCTION:
 
Promoting the adaptation, advancement, and integration of lean concepts in the company and to help employees learn and apply process improvement skills effectively. Demonstrate the value of continuous improvement through a series of projects that show tangible results for our stakeholders and external customers. Provides hands-on support on manufacturing Plants to maximize plant efficiency and to establish standard production rates and improve operational effectiveness through the application of RGC Production System tools and develop expertise in RGCPS Concept.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review existing processes, equipment, and layout and suggest or recommend and validate kaizen improvements.
Optimizes workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups to achieve optimum production efficiency within limits of resource capability. 
Support operations in identifying the root causes of failed metrics and developing action plans for improvement areas.
Support operations in the justification of resources and performance targets.
Responsible for standardizing forms, boards, visual designs, and templates of operations.
Responsible for cascading standard processes and approved programs to operations.
Responsible for conducting procedural and systematic audits to ensure standards are met and compiled.
Consolidation of all documentation of the standard system, operating procedures, guidelines, policies, and other official documents needed by the operations.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports submitted by Operations.
Liable for the issuance of any non-compliance with the execution team in the system.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
