AIGs Information Technology functions include application development and management, enterprise architecture, and technology risk and compliance. About the role What you need to know: As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIGs business. Provide first line of investigation, diagnosis, validation and triage of production issues to reduce impact time. Monitor scheduled jobs and other scheduled tasks to ensure proper execution and resolution of issues for failed jobs Execution and maintenance of PSUPP storyboards to ensure proper application response Assist with any necessary testing following planned or unplanned change/maintenance work Perform shift turnover and notify team members of major events and unresolved issues Responsible for making suggestions and improvements to the existing monitoring processes Assist customers during PSUPP Support team off hours (weekends and holidays) Create knowledge base articles to improve handling and resolution time of incidents Maintain a shift log of activities and events that occurred during the shift What we are looking for Minimum 1-2 years prior experience providing technical support Experience providing support and troubleshooting complex web-based applications Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems and internet browser configurations Knowledge of Powershell, Python, or other scripting/programming languages Familiarity with Selenium or other automation frameworks/tools Experience troubleshooting web environments with load-balanced servers Willing to work at night and weekend to provide leadership to the production monitoring specialists We are an Equal Opportunity Employer It has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
