Your future duties and responsibilities: Day to Day Activities . Resolving incidents . Answering user requests . Monitoring production environments . Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical) . Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones Direct Responsibilities . Serve as Point of Contact for Global Support, get heavily involved in rapid recovery during production outages, and appropriate communication to Client, Operation and management. . Coordination between different teams for the rapid resolution of incident. . Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents. . Participate to support documentation creation, update and sharing. . Participates and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes. . Participate to the continuous improvement of the platform monitoring and production processes. Contributing Responsibilities . Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform. . Participate to Resiliency events (Disaster Recovery, Sustained Resiliency, etc.) to ensure Business Continuity objectives were met. . Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers. . Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. . Time management skills and Smart working. . Must be able to work closely with end users, developers and business. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Experience with any Data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, MapR) . Knowledgeable about ETL tools (IBM Datastage, AbInitio) . Proficient in UNIX/ Linux / Windows command and Server handling.
