Summary & Objective:
Supervision of manpower, Checking of schedule, Checking of materials, Ensure good quality, productivity and efficiency on Production, Safety and Security, Data Report Accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Achieve % Volume Achievement and % Production Efficiency Targets
Checking of production schedule for today and the day after
Supervision and Orientation of Line Leaders down to Staff-level
Validation of line manpower count
Checking of materials issued and finished goods, and see to it that it replicates the official project mock-up, with good quality
Strong Line Leadership - Conduct Line Leaders training to enhance supervisory skills
Address bottleneck in process as reported by line leaders and report it to respective authority (IE, PE)
Encode attendance at InEx Database
Ensure proper data is written in Daily Production Report
Ensure good housekeeping and safety for all production lines - Zero Lost Time Incident - Implement Safety procedures
Perform other duties as discussed by Production Head
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Preferred to be College level (Graduate/Under-graduate), or
Minimum 5 years job experience on a production setting
Preferred to have experience on an ISO work setting
With no derogatory records
