Develop and manage production schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize resources.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for timely material availability.
Adjust schedules based on capacity to maximize production efficiency.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and design teams to prioritize orders and resolve conflicts.
Identify and implement process improvements in production planning.
Oversee daily office tasks, including supplies management, equipment upkeep, and maintaining a productive workspace.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in production planning and office administration, ideally in manufacturing (furniture experience is a plus).
Proficiency in production planning and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
