PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
Male
At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related fields (relevant supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
3-5 years experience in furniture or home décor manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of stones, shells, finishing, assembly and packing processes.
Experience supervising assembly, inlayers, finishers, painting and packing.
Solid understanding of production planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
Experience in manpower scheduling, productivity monitoring, and output reporting
Basic knowledge of inventory control, material usage, and waste reduction.
Strong awareness of workplace safety, machine safety, and proper handling of tools and chemicals
Ability to read and interpret production drawings, patterns,
specifications, and work instructions.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet daily production targets, and handle multiple orders
