Oversee in-store and online sales
Oversee and manage daily production of baked goods
Troubleshoot customer complaints and quality control
Coordinate promotional and marketing efforts with ownership
Coordinate restocking of supplies with existing stock manager
Schedule payables to suppliers
Prepare purchase report bi-weekly

The candidate must be a college graduate with at least two years experience in the restaurant and food production industry.

Proficient in English and Tagalog
High degree of organization, professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility
Ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
Ability to operate efficiently while juggling multiple priorities
Associate / Supervisor Hospitality and Tourism Food / Beverages 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
