- Gives work instruction to subordinate and assigns job to be done by the subordinates.
- Prepares purchase requisition needed in area and prepares OT authorization of subordinate.
- Checks the pattern, trial casting and casting.
- Records pattern shop accomplishment report and shot blasting report.
- Creates and modifies program for the heat treatment.
- Ensure that all personnel under responsibility are performing each activity properly and safely and projects are in compliance to the required specifications.
- Adheres to company safety policy, rules and regulations and standard operating procedures.
