Job responsibilities:
Supervises and manages subordinates and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior and disciplines to respond to production requirements.
Implements the production schedule, monitors and regulates production input and output to meet shipment schedules. Makes the necessary adjustments.
Ensures that maximum productivity from materials and equipment are met; keep to minimum level wastage of materials, man hour and power consumption.
Supports the Process Engineer in the conducts of line evaluation and computation of material consumption.
Ensures the compliance of production personnel to established and approved work standards, processes and safety requirements.
Checks and approves required reports from subordinates. Prepares and submits regular reports and other reports as may be required to immediate superior.
Coordinates with own work unit and other work units on specific work/production requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering
Preferably with licensed but not necessary
With at least 1-2 years working experience as Production Engineer or equivalent
Previous work experience in a Food Manufacturing Company is advantage
Must have a good moral character and able to handle pressure
