JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide high level of assistance to Production Department by assisting in Document Management and compliance on projects.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record/Update daily Submitted drawings in every projects (in Drawing lists).
Get the total (Cumulated sheets) of all submitted drawings to submit every month.
Upload all the drawings in gamma and report every 25th (cut off)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Data Management and any related course(s).
At least 2 years related experience or same capacity
Organizational Skills
Computer Knowledge
Time Management
