Reports to: The Production Assistant/ Junior Detailer reports to Production Planning and Control Supervisor.
Description:
This position is primarily responsible to monitor fabrication and delivery status based on project requirement covered by applicable document or request to fabricate. This position is also to maintain the required attendance reports and organize the cleaners work activity. One of the functions is to generate simple cutting list, issuance of material request form and other activities to help release documents needed to start fabrication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate monitoring file for every fabrication drawing released. Use this file to update status during fabrication and delivery using the Site received MTR (Material Transfer Receipt)
Send the delivery monitoring forms per project to PMT and Site for their information and counter checking.
Monitor the daily attendance and send summary to Accounting/ HRD. Report absences without advice and remind Production Supervisor to issue sent home as reprimand as necessary.
Summarize the weekly DTR (Daily Time Record) to account man-hours per project based on actual allocations for the week. Send this report to accounting for their perusal.
Coordinate work of factory cleaners with regards to priority and their work schedule.
Coordinate complaints regarding payroll and other issues of tradesmen to Accounting of HRD.
Coordinate with Production Supervisors status of balances still not moving or left partial at fabrication. Send this report to Production Planning and Control Supervisor for further coordination with other teams.
Help on issuance of MRF, making simple cutting list or preparation of document to start fabrication.
Minimum Requirements
o Attained College degree relevant to the job function.
o At least 2 Years' experience in glass and aluminum fabrication or similar industry.
o Able to interpret fabrication drawings and production plan.
o Able to use basic Microsoft office and implement monitoring sheets.

The Production Assistant / Junior Detailer must have the necessary technical skills and know-how on various SPI systems for assembly of aluminum/glass windows and curtain wall including other miscellaneous fabricated parts. The position is primarily responsible to monitor fabrication and delivery status for on-going projects. The position is also responsible to prepare cutting list for metals, preparation of glass MRF per batch requirement as well as hardware MRF. This position also acts to monitor various administrative functions such as daily attendance and supervision of factory cleaner.
