MVP Asia Pacific is looking for a talented Product Support for our client who is an Australian company that supplies telecommunications solutions to individuals and businesses around the world pioneering in the field of carrier-grade, commercial communication products, and solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
• Organize the company's content and unify it in all channels, platforms, and countries.
• Ensure that the products posted are correct and up to date.
• Support in planning product strategies meticulously and executing the strategy.
• Think about the customer and the business at all times.
• A fantastic Product Manager Support can take what they are given and despite all the noise create something beautiful.
To be successful:
• Quickly learn the business before working on features
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
• Extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
• At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the role
• Experienced with telecommunications industry
• Strong project management skills and a proven track record of getting things done
• Strong analytical skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent English communication skills
