Responsible for assisting after-sales customer inquiries, parts management, and support the technical service team.
Determines the parts and suggests a correct replacement for the client's concerns.
Examine what are the parts needed to be replaced.
Process the Sales Payments.
Skills and Abilities:
Sales Oriented and maintain a good relationship with the client.
With Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Can drive automobile and with driver's license Res# 1,2
Possess good customer service skills
Must be flexible to handle multi-task assignments

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Knowledge: Customer Support, Sales
Availability for travel: Yes
