The Product Support and Training Admin Assistant is expected to assist in various administrative activities that will help the Product Support and Training Managers and project team members focus on their tasks. You must possess strong communication skills required to interact with people in different job functions in the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordination and communication with project team members and/or external parties to facilitate assigned work
Assist Product Support Managers in tracking product support tickets
Handle coordination and email communication with clients for product training activities
Maintain knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities
Document and assist in executing product support processes and procedures.
Assist in generating product support and training reports
Assists in defining and continuously improving support and training process, procedures, guidelines, templates and tools
Render general administrative support
Qualifications
Experienced in the use of mobile devices, and can easily be trained on the use of mobile applications
Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures
Flexible, able to work on various administrative tasks
Methodical and well-organized
Customer service-oriented
Can work with minimum supervision
Can render overtime whenever needed
Knowledge of MS applications
Requirements
Has a Bachelor's degree in any course
Amenable to possible change in work days
Amenable to work in either of the following shifts:
Day Shift (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
Mid Shift (4:00PM - 1:00AM)
Conditions
Must man his/her workstation for long periods
Successful completion of background checking will be required
Contract employment for 6 months
